• By submitting a listing, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so

3. Platform Services & Fees

PocketMoni operates as a real estate platform service for off-market property and business listings. Our role is to provide a neutral technology marketplace where users (“Participants”) can list, connect, and negotiate real estate capital opportunities.

• PocketMoni does NOT originate loans, underwrite financing, or act as a broker
• All terms of a sale or transaction (including price, payment method, and compensation) are independently negotiated and executed between Participants
• PocketMoni charges a platform service fee (typically 1%) for successful use of the marketplace, which is a technology access fee and is separate from any independently negotiated commissions or compensation between Participants

4. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your data. By using this Site, you consent to our data practices as outlines in the Privacy Policy.
